SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping On All Orders Over $100 USD
All our products are print-on-demand and customizable. Each stage to create any products is totally assembled and completed by handmade for your order! These processes start as soon as your order which is placed, and may have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipped.
SHIPPING TIME:

We ship international orders through DHL Express, FedEx (Express Shipping), DHL-eCommerce, USPS, YUN Express, 4PX and China Post (Standard Shipping).

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Standard Shipping will take about 2-3 weeks and Express Line will take 5 - 10 business days (not including production time) to arrive. 


Orders that have not arrived within 60 business days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

When will you receive tracking information on your order?

The tracking numbers will be sent to your email after 10 - 14 business days since your order has been processed. Normally, it will take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

If you have not received the tracking number within the time frames above or it has not been updated, please get in contact with the Contact Us page for checking your order status as soon as possible.

Package returned to sender - Wrong Address

The Courier will destroy a package if it is tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address. They can also charge Scots Print for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility. Therefore, Scots Print will only shoulder 50% of the total amount of the product cost as a refund credit back to your account.

Package returned to sender - Custom Fees Not Paid

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. Therefore, if your order is tagged as returned to sender due to custom fees not paid, Scots Print will only shoulder 50% of the total amount as a refund credit back to your account.

Lost Order In Unexpected Situation

In those special cases, please contact our customer service department to follow the instructions and contact the local post office to check your order carefully again.

If your order was lost or stolen after delivery, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address only one time.

If you don't want us to resend, we will refund you 80% (20% as a handling fee).

What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
