Return & Refund Policy

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we will not take responsibility for exchanges or refunds due to incorrect fit, wrong design and color issues. We made the a size chart for each product page, please check it carefully to choose the right size for your purchase.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours since your order is placed. After 24 hours, your order has already put in production and can no longer be modified.

Incorrect/Defective Order

At Scots Print, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if your received items are incorrect or defective, we are willing to offer you a free replacement.

All we need is your order number and some clear photos showing either the incorrect item, the print's low quality, or the item's damaged area. Please contact us by email at, we will come up with the most effective solutions to fully satisfy our customers. After checking the proof you provided, we will issue a free replacement without any additional cost.

Order not received

Since your order is placed, it will be put in production and may have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipped. You will select your preferred shipping method: Standard Shipping will take about 2-3 weeks and Express Line will take 5 - 10 business days (not including production time) to arrive. 

If your order has not arrived within the time frames above, please contact our Customer Support Department through email to request a reason/checking. After 60 days since your order is placed and you still have not received it, we will issue a full refund or free replacement. Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

Fail Delivery / Return To Sender

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is placed, please check it carefully to make sure the shipping address you provided is correct as we just allow an order modification within the first 24 hours. We will not take responsibility for resend/refund if the courier cannot ship due to an incorrect address.

If you refuse to sign the order without informing us, we will charge 20% as handling fees.

If your package is returned to Sender due to the Shipping Courier, we will reship the package to you for free under your provided address. In case you don't want us to resend it, we will refund 80% and keep 20% as a handling fee.

How to return an item?

Please do not return your items to the Sender's Address on the shipping label, our Customer Support Department is very happy to guide you how to return the parcel.

Please kindly follow this steps to return your items:

1.  Take some clear photos showing the damaged items, inside the original box, especially the shipping label on your package.

2. Contact our Customer Support Department via email: and send us your order details/reason for return.

3. Our Customer Support Team will work on it for checking if every information you provide is correct. After that, we will provide you with our available warehouse's address.

4. Provide us the proof of shipment stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service/carrier.

Please note:

- You will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs for the return.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature without our instructions, please don't forget to send the proof of shipment for your return package.

- We cannot issue a refund if the package is delayed due to systematic incidences such as earthquakes, tornados, diseases, pandemics, etc. If you still do not receive your order within 03 months, we will issue a full refund.
